Blended learning will not only provide learners with more clarity but will also help to develop a more targeted course that will equip learners with the skills and information they require. It generates more engaging cooperation opportunities between students and instructors. Student evaluations of both formative and summative feedback can be more thorough and regular. It enhances improved communication and accessibility.
How to develop the program?
- The first stage in creating blended learning courses is to identify the objectives and goals one hopes to achieve from a mixed learning approach.
- The objectives of the course, the assignments, papers, and examinations that must be turned in, as well as the dates that the students must meet, must all be outlined in the course overview.
- It must expressly state the program’s level of engagement. It must be decided in advance which lessons will be taught in a live classroom and which will be taught online. Self-learning modules must also be distinctly labelled.
- Then indulging learners in group activities they provide students the chance to work together and share their knowledge.
- Establishing the methods for measuring student learning both in-person and online. This could involve tests, assignments, projects, and other evaluations.
