Requirements:
Every student under the age of 18, requires a parent/guardian who is responsible for their safety and well-being outside of the school. We only accept students who are living with parents or family member locally. In the case of a family member acting as guardian, there should be a parental consent form in which the parent consents to the living arrangement of the student. The local guardian should be a parent or family member with whom the student resides during their study period.
For all junior students studying with us, we require the following documents to meet the safeguarding regulations in the UK:
If the student is staying with a parent/local guardian (who is not the student’s parent), we need the following documents:
- Proof of address of the parent/local guardian (bank statement, utility bill, tenancy agreement)
- Parent/Local guardian’s identification documents (passport, national ID card, UK driving license)
- Drop-Off and collection organised by the parent/guardian for the student to travel to and from school every day, or to make the necessary arrangements for this.
- Emergency contact number for the student’s parent/guardian.
- Junior documents to be duly signed by parent/guardian and to be submitted before the student starts the course.
During the year courses for 16 and 17-year olds:
We enroll 16 and 17-year-old students to our courses throughout the year. These enrolments are allowed either when the student is accompanied by their parent/guardian on the course or the parent/guardian signs. Junior documents to be duly signed by parent/guardian and to be submitted before the student starts the course.
