Terms and Conditions:

Overseas students on student visitor or extended student visitor visa:

  1. There is no refund once the payment is made unless the visa of the student is refused.
  2. If a visa of the student is refused, you will receive a full refund except for £150.00 and any courier and transfer charges. To be able to provide a refund, we must receive the following documents:
  • Copy of the visa refusal letter
  • Copy of all pages of student’s passport including the page on the passport showing the refusal stamp and reference number
  • Completed refund form
  • If the payee (the person that will receive the refund) is not the student, an original authority letter from the student authorising the repayment to the payee.
  • All the above-mentioned documents must be provided within 20 working days of the refusal
  • No refunds would be issued if the reason of the refusal of the visa is fake documents.
  • Refund process takes a minimum of 20 working days, refunds will only be paid to the fee-payer using the original method of payment
  1. No refund will be given if the student does not apply for the visa or does not join the course because of any other reason besides the visa refusal.
  2. An international student will be required to study a minimum of 15 hours per week excluding breaks.
  3. Fees are non-transferable. This means you cannot transfer your fees to another person. You cannot convert full-time group study to 1-1 or 2-1 study.
  4. Admission to the courses depends on:
  1. If a student is dismissed from the school, refunds will never be made.
  2. We reserve the right to change the fees, the course, the tutor, and the classroom without advance notice.
  3. The student should be aware that information about their enrolment, attendance, and progress at the school may be passed to the UK Visa and immigration for control purposes.
  4. If a student does not attend classes during the period they have booked, classes cannot be taken later.
  5. Host family fees are non-refundable, unless cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance. In this case, the student is required to pay for the first 2 weeks’ accommodation.

  7. We try to ensure that the information and advice we provide is accurate, but the requirements relating to visas are complex and change frequently. The student should therefore check the requirements which apply to them on the UKVI website.
  8. In the case of individual/private classes, a 24-hour notice period is required from the student for cancellation of any class. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the student will be charged for the first hour of the class booking.
  9. For all examination bookings, there is no refund in the following cases: candidate no-show, cancellation, late arrival, exam misconduct, or change of date/time.
  10. For Cambridge examination bookings, any student arriving late will not be permitted to enter the examination.
  11. All course books purchased through Eurospeak are non-refundable.
  12. Force Majeure
  • Eurospeak is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control but not limited to Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, infectious diseases or pandemics or other natural disaster that are beyond the reasonable control of the parties), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, internet or telephone service. Refunds will not be made in such circumstances.
  • In the event of an outbreak of infectious disease, all students and or parents/guardians are required to comply with rules regarding quarantine as set by government agencies or by the school.
  • If Eurospeak asserts Force Majeure as a reason for failure to perform its obligations then we must prove that we took reasonable steps to minimise delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that the school substantially fulfilled all non-excused obligations, and that the other party (student, agents etc.) was, where possible, notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence of the event.

Membership Students:
The term “Membership Student” refers to any student that pays and registers for a 10-, 20-, or 40-week course.
1. All classes must be paid before the student can attend the first class.
2. The classes are non-transferable. This means that classes cannot be switched to a different student of Eurospeak or to a person who wishes to study at Eurospeak.
3. The classes cannot be changed to a different membership option.
4. Payments can never be refunded.
5. Courses, once paid for, cannot be taken later. Classes that you will not be able to attend (for example because of holidays) must be mentioned when you make the payment. If later on there are other classes you cannot attend, you will lose these classes.
6. Any classes missed through public, national, or bank holidays will be added on to the end of the course period.
7. Any classes cancelled by the school will be added on to the end of the course period.
8. All students must buy the course book for their class. The teacher will not give photocopies of the course book.
9. If a student is dismissed from the school, refunds will never be made.
10. We reserve the right to change the fees, the course, the tutor, and the classroom without advance notice.
11. All course books purchased through Eurospeak are non-refundable.
12. Admission to the course depends on:
• Payment of fees
• Punctuality
• Good behaviour and attitude

TC Membership



Pay As You Go (PAYG):
The term “Pay As You Go” refers to any student that pays and registers for individual classes at Eurospeak.
1. All classes must be paid before the student can attend the first class.
2. The classes are non-transferable. This means that classes cannot be switched to a different student of Eurospeak or to a person who wishes to study at Eurospeak.
3. The classes cannot be changed to a different membership option.
4. Payments can never be refunded.
5. Classes must be taken in the same school term of the payment being made.
6. All students must buy the course book for their class. The teacher will not give photocopies of the course book.
7. On days when there are too many students in class, long-term students have priority to attend. Sometimes we may have to refuse PAYG students entry to the class.
8. If a student is dismissed from the school, refunds will never be made.
9. We reserve the right to change the fees, the course, the tutor, and the classroom without advance notice.
10. All course books purchased through Eurospeak are non-refundable.
11. In the case of individual/private classes, a 24-hour notice period is required from the student for cancellation of any class. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the student will be charged for the first hour of the class booking.
